目的探讨孕妇对产时超声(IPUS)这一新的产程评估手段的体验感及接受程度。方法对2023年2月至2024年12月入住中山大学附属第三医院岭南医院产房拟行阴道试产的180例孕妇,在临产后、实施分娩镇痛前给予IPUS及阴道检查(VE)进行产程评估,其后通过自制的问卷调查表,调查孕妇对两种检查方法的体验感及对IPUS的接受度,并采用视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)对检查的疼痛程度进行评分,比较孕妇对两种产程评估方法的体验感及疼痛程度的差异。结果IPUS的接受度高达96.67%(174/180,其余6例孕妇选择不确定)
