承德地区浅部真菌病病原学研究

目的了解承德地区浅部真菌病病原学分布情况,为临床提供病原学资料。方法采用真菌培养对浅部真菌病病原菌进行分析。结果培养出779株真菌菌株,6个菌种,以须癣毛癣菌为主(71.5%),红色毛癣菌次之(22.3%)。结论承德地区浅部真菌病病原菌以须癣毛癣菌为主。

243例住院患者美罗培南的用药分析 [PDF]

目的通过分析某院美罗培南的临床应用情况,为进一步规范美罗培南的使用提供依据。方法利用医院信息系统(HIS)抽取某院2016年7月—2017年6月有使用美罗培南的住院患者病历243份,根据药品说明书及抗菌药物使用的相关法规等对某院美罗培南的用药合理性进行点评。结果 243份病历中合理用药和基本合理用药占87.24%,不合理用药占12.76%。结论某院临床上对美罗培南的使用基本合理,但也存在不合理用药情况,应从严掌握该类药物的应用相关规定,减少经验用药 ...
