2016-2019年重症医学科病原菌分布及耐药性分析

重症医学科是医院感染发生的高危科室,患者由于原发性疾病或潜在疾病的危重性,以及有创治疗措施的普遍使用,可能破坏正常的宿主防御,易导致危及生命的感染。重症医学科的病原菌特征和耐药性分析,对判断院内感染的发生程度、演变趋势、制定有效防控措施及减少院内感染的传播具有重要意义。因此,本研究对2016-2019年本院重症医学科患者感染性标本分离的病原菌资料进行了回顾性分析,现报道如下。

细胞学联合病原微生物检测筛查宫颈癌的临床应用研究

目的 探讨Thinprep宫颈液基细胞学联合病原微生物DNA检测筛查宫颈癌临床应用价值 ,了解与肿瘤相关的病原微生物的感染状况。方法 对 5 5 2例宫颈病变者 ,用液基标本做薄片细胞学诊断和人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)、疱疹病毒 (HSV Ⅱ )、沙眼衣原体 (CT)、解尿支原体 (UU)DNA检测。细胞学诊断采用TBS分级系统 ,阳性诊断包括意义不明确的不典型鳞状细胞 (ASCUS)以上病变 ,诊断阳性者以阴道镜活检诊断为对照。结果 细胞学检出鳞状细胞癌(SCC) 5例 ,鳞状上皮内高度病变 (HSIL)

目的  分析侵袭性肺部真菌感染(IPFI)的临床特点,探讨防治对策。方法  对103例IPFI的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果  IPFI以COPD、支气管肺癌多见,滥用抗生素等是主要危险因素;念珠菌属占57.3%,其次为曲霉菌属占32.0%;病死率为20.4%。结论  IPFI是在多种诱发因素下继发的肺部感染,原发性IPFI少见;其病死率高,重视易患因素的控制、尽早诊断,综合治疗可降低死亡率。Objective: To analyze the clinical features of invasive ...

大熊猫慢性营养不良综合征病因学研究
