青春期发育启动年龄呈现提前的趋势,性早熟与超重、肥胖的患病率之间呈现平行上升趋势。青春期启动提前与肥胖存在流行病学关联和发病机制的关联,其关联机制是当前关注热点之一。研究表明,肥胖与青春期启动可通过神经内分泌、肠道微生物及其代谢物、遗传等多方面相互影响,具体机制可涉及瘦素、脂联素、胰岛素及其受体、高雄激素血症、性早熟相关基因、母体及孕期因素和肠道微生物群等。该文基于上述多种因素概述了青春期启动与肥胖的相关研究进展,为进一步探讨性早熟、肥胖等相关疾病的发生机制及防治提供参考。
