Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2022 1临床资料患者，男，23岁。因“左手无力、垂指、垂腕3个月”来延边朝医医院就诊。神经科查体及定位诊断：左手垂指垂腕，伸腕肌力3级，伸指肌力2级，手背和拇、示指桡侧面针刺觉减退，肱三头肌反射减低，定位在左桡神经；左前臂外侧针刺觉减退，肱二头肌反射减低，定位左侧肌皮神经；左手拇、示指针刺觉减退定位左正中神经；左前臂内侧针刺觉减退定位前臂内侧皮神经。综上，左上肢活动障碍伴疼痛，腱反射减低，局灶性分布的感觉障碍，定位下运动神经元、周围神经。
