直流输电技术近年来发展迅速,攻克直流盆式绝缘子生产制造的核心工艺对于推进直流气体绝缘开关(GIS)设备研发与制造至关重要。本研究通过非等温差示扫描量热(DSC)法研究了直流环氧复合材料的固化放热过程,初步获得了直流盆式绝缘子的固化工艺参数,并以直流盆式绝缘子水压破坏强度与玻璃化转变温度作为考核指标,进一步研究优化了关键固化工艺参数,绝缘子水压破坏强度可达3.2 MPa。该工艺条件下试制的±320 kV直流盆式绝缘子冷热冲击、机械抗弯、电性能等试验均通过考核。
