Similarly, I argue that constitutional referendums play a corrective role in hybrid or competitive authoritarian regimes, where the electoral referee is biased and the government enjoys unfair advantages.

Jianzhu Gangjiegou Jinzhan, 2013 结构强度折减系数是基于强度抗震设计法中确定设计地震作用的关键。我国现行《建筑抗震设计规范》[1]（GB 50011—2010,简称《规范》）对不同的结构体系采用单一的强度折减系数,不尽合理。在已有强度折减系数方法基础上,提出了以中震位移限值为极限位移的改进间接确定强度折减系数方法,将其应用于钢框架结构强度折减系数中,并与直接强度折减系数方法进行对比分析,验证了此方法的有效性和准确性,研究表明钢框架结构强度折减系数不受建筑层数的影响,其强度折减系数接近于4。

Dianci bileiqi, 2021 为了提升高压套管外绝缘用硫化硅橡胶的性能,采用Geant4蒙特卡洛方法获取了电子束在硅橡胶片的最大有效穿透深度约为9.75 mm。实验分析了电子束补充硫化改性的效果,结果表明电子束补充硫化方法可以改变硅橡胶形貌结构,使其表面呈现斑纹状,在一定程度上提高硅橡胶的疏水性能,在120 kGy辐照剂量下,其接触角从97°增大为111°,可以显著提升硅橡胶的拉伸强度,拉伸强度增大了约0.5 MPa,直接降低硅橡胶的玻璃化转变温度,并且显著提高硅橡胶的热解温度,起始热解温度提升约20 ...

Farmland and wetland areas exhibited a positive effect on the species' habitat use.
