宫颈癌人群中NF-κB信号传导通路基因多态性的研究

目的探讨原发性宫颈癌人群中NF-κB信号传导通路相关基因多态性与宫颈癌发生发展的关系。方法以广西壮族自治区肿瘤医院2008年9月-2009年9月收治的宫颈癌患者与健康体检者各100名为研究对象,利用限制性片段长度多态性检测法检测研究对象该通路相关基因的基因多态性,进行对比分析。结果 NF-κB信号传导通路相关基因多态性型别在两组研究对象中出现的频率无显著性差别,P>0.05;变异等位基因出现频率与以往结果相一致。结论 NF-κB信号传导通路相关基因多态性与宫颈癌的发生发展无明确的相关关系。
