Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2018 目的探讨我院老年住院患者肌少症与年龄、性别、骨密度、骨质疏松等因素的相关性。方法选取我科室2015年9月至2016年9月住院患者100人,记录一般情况,采用双能X线法测量股骨头骨密度(h-BMD)、腰椎骨密度(l-BMD)及四肢骨骼肌含量(ASM),计算出相对四肢骨骼肌指数(RASM),通过6米步行测试和测量握力评价躯体功能,应用亚洲肌少症工作组(AWGS)诊断标准诊断及评估肌少症。采用Pearson及Spearman相关分析方法统计肌少症与上述因素的相关性,采用卡方检验验证肌少症与骨质疏松症的相关性 ...
