Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2011 目的探讨肝癌病人血浆氨基酸谱变化与肝功能的相关性。方法对100例肝癌病人进行血浆氨基酸的检测和肝功能的检测,并做两者的相关性分析。结果氨基酸谱变化显示肝癌患者中有9种氨基酸发生变化,其中6种氨基酸升高,3种氨基酸降低。氨基酸谱与肝功能相关性分析显示:1.苏氨酸（THR）、蛋氨酸（MET）与谷丙转氨酶（ALT）成正相关;2.谷氨酸（GLU）、蛋氨酸、酪氨酸（TYR）、苯丙氨酸（PHE）、赖氨酸（LYS）与总胆红素（TBIL）、结合胆红素（DBIL）、游离胆红素（IBIL）成正相关,且蛋氨酸 ...
