本文结合真空电弧的纵向磁场特性、分析了真空熔断器的燃弧特性和熄弧原理,从熔化特性出发分析其弧前过程,总结真空熔断器的优点,提出了一些具体的可能实现的产品方案。认为发展较高电压等级,大额定电流的真空熔断器,对提高目前高压熔断器产品的水平有积极作用,也是今后高压断器产品发展方向之一。

双断口快速真空开关分闸速度对短路电流短燃弧时间开断特性影响

短路电流相控快速开断技术可以有效缩短开断的燃弧时间从而提升真空断路器的性能,文中通过研究分闸速度对双断口快速真空断路器短路电流开断短燃弧时间的影响规律,为双断口快速真空断路器相控短燃弧开断提供理论依据。文中实验采用2台12 kV快速真空断路器以及驱动控制系统,搭建了快速真空断路器短路电流短燃弧开断合成实验回路系统,得到了双断口短燃弧时间及临界熄弧开距与分闸速度关系曲线。实验结果表明,双断口短路电流开断短燃弧时间和临界熄弧开距随分闸速度的增加而单调下降。
