鲸类消化道微生物研究进展与展望

作为宿主的“第二套基因组”,消化道微生物与宿主的营养吸收和免疫抵御等功能紧密相关。与陆生哺乳动物相比,海洋哺乳动物鲸类的消化道微生物是目前国内外关注较少的研究领域。已有研究表明,鲸类消化道微生物极易受到食物和栖息地环境等因素的影响,然而现阶段研究手段以基于粪便样品进行高通量测序为主。本文对鲸类消化道微生物的研究手段、群落结构、功能特征和调控策略等方面的进展进行总结和分析,并对未来发展方向提出展望和建议。

输电线路行波故障定位装置研究现状与展望

针对阻抗定位法所存在的问题,回顾了高压输电线路行波测距装置的发展历史,介绍了目前国内研究进展。讨论了目前的故障测距装置中的传感器、高速数据采集、GPS同步单元等几个关键部分的研究情况,同时也对它们今后的发展与改进提出了自己的看法。根据现场调研的情况对装置在实际运行中遇到的一些问题进行了总结,并给出了解决办法。同时也对输电线路行波故障定位装置的发展提出了建议与展望。

本研究依托中国第29次南极科学考察航次获得的210Po、210Pb数据,研究了普里兹湾及其邻近海域210Po、210Pb的生物地球化学行为,计算出颗粒有机物的输出通量,揭示了普里兹湾及其邻近海域的颗粒动力学特征。 普里兹湾及其邻近海域D210Po和D210Pb的比活度分别占到T210Po和T210Pb的90%以上,P210Po和P210Pb的份额不足10%。D210Po和D210Pb比活度在陆架区表现为低值,且由陆架向深海逐渐升高,反映了陆架区210Po、210Pb的清除作用强于陆坡及深海区 ...
