荧光渗透液作为示踪剂用于精密零件的无损探伤检测后,在零件清洗过程中会产生高浓度荧光渗透乳化油废水。采用破乳-混凝工艺对该废水进行预处理,考察了破乳过程中搅拌速度、搅拌时间、沉降时间,以及混凝过程中混凝剂投加量、pH、助凝剂投加量、静置时间等因素对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明:在最佳条件下,经破乳-混凝预处理,废水COD、油、色度去除率分别达到96.08%、99.49%和96.88%,处理出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级标准。

以环氧氯丙烷、二乙烯三胺和二硫化碳为原料,合成了新型阴离子型反相破乳净水剂,进行红外色谱表征、阴离子电荷含量与表面张力的测试。结果表明,用于含油污水处理,当净水剂产品的负电荷量为-8 700 μeq/L、表面张力为5.0 mN/m时,在温度为60 ℃、加药量为30 mg/L、沉降时间为30 min条件下,除油率高达95%,且对稠油原油的破乳脱水未产生不利影响,可与破乳剂配套使用。
