疏水改性钢网对模拟化学驱油田污水破乳除油研究

以聚丙烯(PP)溶液涂覆不锈钢网进行表面疏水改性,优选涂覆液PP质量浓度为40 g/L,钢网目数为350目,改性后钢网表面水接触角153°。研究了改性钢网对3种模拟化学驱油田污水的破乳除油效果,结果表明,改性钢网对3种污水(表活剂驱污水、聚驱污水和二元驱污水)均具有聚结破乳效果,其中,对表活剂驱污水的破乳除油效果最好,最佳搅拌条件下除油率为85.4%;油珠粒径显著增大,基本从乳化油转化为分散油。

船舶含油污水的破乳絮凝处理研究

针对船舶含油污水成分复杂、乳化较严重、处理难度大的问题,采用破乳-絮凝协同处理的方法对其进行处理。通过单因素实验筛选出高效破乳剂和絮凝剂,并优化了破乳与絮凝处理的工艺条件。结果表明,在pH为8,温度为40 ℃,6#破乳剂投加量为200 mg/L,破乳时间为30 min;三氯化铁投加量为150 mg/L,搅拌强度为250 r/min,搅拌时间为120 s的条件下,除油率可达90%以上,处理后实际船舶含油污水的含油质量浓度可达7.1 mg/L,低于《船舶污染物排放标准》(GB 3552-1983)的排放限值。

破乳法预处理平整液废水的试验研究

对模拟高污染平整液废水进行硫酸破乳和投加混凝剂(硫酸亚铁、硫酸铝、三氯化铝、聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铁)破乳试验。结果表明:采用硫酸破乳和混凝剂破乳均可以达到较好的处理效果,CODCr和石油类的去除率分别在69%和93%以上,处理后的水BOD5/CODCr>0.3,可以满足后续的生化处理要求。

破乳+Fenton试剂法处理高浓度废乳化液的研究

采用破乳-Fenton试剂法对机械厂磨床车间废乳化液进行处理(原水CODCr=290000mg/L,BOD5=28000mg/L)。结果表明:使用合适的破乳药剂,破乳后废水的CODCr去除率达到97.8%;之后投加适量的Fenton试剂进行氧化处理,最终出水CODCr为684mg/L;BOD5/COD由0.094增至0.47,可生化性大大提高。

反相破乳剂TS-786A在海上油田的应用

通过瓶试和现场应用试验,研究了反相破乳剂TS-786A在海上油田采油污水处理中的净水性能,以及与现场所用破乳剂、缓蚀剂的配伍性,确定了TS-786A的使用浓度。应用结果表明:反相破乳剂TS-786A具有良好的反相破乳性能,注入质量浓度为5.0 mg/L时即可保证外排污水油质量浓度<25 mg/L,使用效果优于国内外同类产品,达到了节能减排的目的。

石油工业中乳液分离技术研究进展

原油开采、集输与加工过程中的乳液分离在石油工业发展中至关重要。系统梳理了破乳技术的发展进程,着重介绍了工业实践中应用最广泛的化学添加剂破乳技术,综述了传统聚醚破乳剂、树状聚合物、可生物降解破乳剂、离子液体、纳米破乳剂和氧化破乳材料的研究进展,并对重力沉降、离心分离、聚结分离、加热破乳、电场破乳、超声破乳和膜分离等物理/机械破乳方法进行了概述和对比分析,介绍了工业上联合破乳技术的应用案例。最后,从乳液黏度与破乳效率定量关系、破乳剂传递过程及破乳材料和设备开发等方面,对未来石油工业乳液分离技术发展进行了展望。
