不同胶结物质对黄绵土团聚体形成的影响

通过室内培养试验,采用PAM、腐殖酸、壳聚糖、硫酸铝4种土壤结构胶结剂对促进黄绵土<0.25 mm团聚体形成大团聚体的过程和效果开展研究。结果表明:(1)从新形成土壤团聚体的粒径分布来看,4种胶结剂均有利于<0.25 mm粒径的团聚体形成更大的团聚体,尤其是对于增加>5 mm的土壤团聚体含量效果明显;(2)4种胶结剂施入<0.25 mm黄绵土团聚体,均可有效地增加黄绵土团聚体的平均重量直径和几何平均直径,提高了团聚体稳定性,且随胶结剂施用浓度的增加呈升高趋势;(3 ...

硫铝酸盐水泥胶合剂在瓷套中的应用

为了缩短生产周期,更好地保证瓷套的胶装质量。开发了新型的S1胶合剂(硫铝酸盐水泥胶合剂).并与S胶合剂(硅酸盐水泥胶合剂)各项技术性能进行了对比试验。结果表明,S1水泥胶合剂具有早期强度高、后期强度发展快的特点,并有较好的流动性且不分层;S1水泥胶合剂比S水泥胶合剂的机械强度高,1d的强度提高了81.3%,3d的机械强度提高了59.0%,28d的强度提高了50.9%。S1水泥胶合剂还具有凝结时间较快、低收缩、低碱性、耐蚀性及抗冻性好的特点,增加了产品的整体强度,显著提高了经济效益。
