硫/铁硫化物自养反硝化脱氮除磷研究进展

二级出水中的氮、磷浓度虽较低,但污水排放量大,是造成水体富营养化的原因之一;且二级出水的碳氮比低,采用传统反硝化工艺无法达到脱氮除磷的需求。利用硫/铁硫化物自养反硝化深度处理污水是有必要的。阐述了自养反硝化菌利用硫/铁硫化物进行反硝化脱氮除磷的基本原理,以及反硝化菌用铁硫化物作电子供体的反应途径,论述了水力停留时间(HRT)、温度、pH对硫/铁硫化物自养反硝化过程的影响。研究表明:增加HRT可以提高硫/铁硫化物自养反硝化对氮、磷的去除率;反硝化菌群属于嗜温性菌,温度低于20 ℃明显抑制反硝化速率 ...

不同价态硫素强化人工湿地反硝化脱氮作用的研究

将硫(Na2S、Na2S2O3、S0)作为电子供体引入人工湿地,考察HRT、pH及碳源对脱氮效果的影响,分析不同硫对反硝化过程的促进作用。结果表明,pH=7、NO3--N 40 mg/L、C/N=0时,含Na2S、Na2S2O3、S的人工湿地的脱氮效率分别比对照组高27.83%、9.56%、8.36%。碳源充足时,添加Na2S、Na2S2O3、S的人工湿地脱氮效率比对照组提升48.31%、26.08%、25.44%,说明硫自养-异养联合反硝化效果优于自养反硝化。

不同供氮条件下施硫对冬小麦光合特性及籽粒产量的影响

在大田条件下,以强筋小麦豫麦34为供试材料,在330kg/hm^2(高氮)、240kg/hm^2(中氮)2个供氮水平下施用纯硫0,20,60,100/hm^2,研究了不同供氮条件下施硫对小麦光合特性及产量的影响。结果表明:在适宜的供氮水平下施硫对小麦氮同化的关键酶硝酸还原酶(NR)活性、叶绿素SPAD值、叶片可溶性蛋白、旗叶光合速率均有促进的影响,高氮条件下有随施硫量的增加NR活性、叶片中可溶性蛋白含量以及旗叶光合速率有减少的趋势。在2个供氮水平下施硫均对干物质积累量和籽粒产量影响效果明显 ...
