碳源在亚麻废水强化处理中的初步应用

通过投加碳源的方法来强化水解—接触氧化组合工艺处理亚麻废水的能力,取得了较好的试验效果。在不加碳源时,CODCr的去除率仅为80.96%,出水CODCr高达795mg/L。但当投加微生物易吸收利用的碳源之后,CODCr的去除率均>90.1%,尤其是从两处向系统投加碳源时,CODCr去除率>93%。所补充的碳源不仅增强了微生物的活性和数量,同时也提高了微生物的协同代谢能力,最终提高了系统对CODCr的去除能力。

不同碳源对球孢鱼腥藻生长的影响

稻壳作为反硝化碳源在海水中的脱氮性能研究

以稻壳为反硝化碳源,研究了稻壳的营养组成、微观形貌、孔隙结构、在海水中的释碳速率以及作为反硝化碳源在海水中的脱氮效果。结果表明,稻壳中含有能被微生物利用的粗纤维、淀粉和粗蛋白等,总有机碳达到58%以上;稻壳含有大量亲水官能团,表面粗糙且拥有大量孔隙结构,非常利于微生物附着生长。以稻壳为反硝化碳源,海水中硝酸盐去除率可达59%,且具备较好的持续供碳能力,可满足其作为碳源被微生物持续利用的需求。
