随着核磁共振技术与仪器的日益先进,核磁共振成像技术对前列腺癌的早期诊断与治疗有着十分重要的意义,尤其是扩散加权成像(DWI)与动态增强磁共振(DCE-MRI)可以分别显示肿瘤细胞水分子的扩散程度的变化和肿瘤组织的血流动力学特点,广泛的应用在临床和科研工作中。两者联合应用可以挺高前列腺疾病的定性诊断能力及前列腺癌的诊断率,更好的为临床选择治疗方案提供依据。
