软组织肿瘤的MRI诊断

分析13例经手术病理证实的软组织肿瘤的磁共振表现,探讨其良、恶性的诊断及应用钆-二乙烯五胺乙酸(Gd-DTPA)增强的作用。4例良性软组织肿瘤中,3例边缘清楚;病变的信号均匀,T1-W与肌肉相比呈等或低信号。T2-W为中高信号强度,9例恶性软组织肿瘤中,3例可见肿瘤侵犯邻近组织,其信号强度类似良性肿瘤但不均匀,静脉注射GD-DTPA增强后,恶性软组织肿瘤均为不均匀的边缘强化,中间为不规则的低信号改变,与手术标本大切片对比,这些低信号区是肿瘤坏死或粘液变性所致。因此 ...

对11例手术病理证实的椎管内肿瘤进行磁共振成像(MRI)增强扫描的前、后分析,并对肿瘤定位、定性和鉴别诊断作了初步探讨。根据肿瘤形态、边界、强化程度,及与脊髓、硬脊膜、神经根等关系,MRI的增强扫描对提高其定位、定性诊断均有较大的帮助。
