Increased glutamate in type 2 diabetes in the Korean population is associated with increased plasminogen levels 韩国2型糖尿病患者谷氨酸升高与纤溶酶原水平升高有关

open access: yesJournal of Diabetes, Volume 15, Issue 9, Page 777-786, September 2023., 2023
Highlights Increased glutamate is associated with the development of diabetes. Glutamate increases plasminogen (PLG) levels through glutamate metabotropic receptor 5 activation with various insulin resistance‐related stresses. Glutamate inhibits the conversion of PLG to plasmin by increasing plasminogen activator inhibitor‐1.

The effect of a mixed cannabidiol and cannabidiolic acid based oil on client‐owned dogs with atopic dermatitis

open access: yesVeterinary Dermatology, Volume 33, Issue 4, Page 329-e77, August 2022., 2022
Background– Cannabidiol (CBD) and cannabidiolic acid (CBDA) are reported to have antinociceptive, immunomodulatory and anti‐inflammatory actions. Objectives – To determine if CBD/CBDA is an effective therapy for canine atopic dermatitis (cAD). Conclusions and clinical relevance – Cannabidiol/CBDA as an adjunct therapy decreased pruritus, and not skin ...

Environment regimes play an important role in structuring trait‐ and taxonomy‐based temporal beta diversity of riverine diatoms

open access: yesJournal of Ecology, Volume 110, Issue 6, Page 1442-1454, June 2022., 2022
Our study provides a new perspective into temporal beta diversity of daily riverine diatom communities. The results highlight the importance of taxonomic and functional temporal beta diversity and its decomposition, which is co‐driven by hydrology, nutrient and metal ions. We provide further evidence that environment regimes (e.g.

Ceramide changes in abdominal subcutaneous and visceral adipose tissue among diabetic and nondiabetic patients 糖尿病和非糖尿病患者腹部皮下和内脏脂肪组织神经酰胺的变化

open access: yesJournal of Diabetes, Volume 14, Issue 4, Page 271-281, April 2022., 2022
Highlights The gender‐specific role of sphingolipids in obesity‐related metabolic dysfunctions is unclear. The aim of this study is to identify ceramide species by liquid chromatography‐mass spectrometry that accumulate in central fat in relation to status of diabetes and gender for subjects with a body mass index ≥40 kg/m2 or > 35 kg/m2 with ...

硅基片上的自组装双层磷脂分子膜层

open access: yes, 2007

Synergistic Effect of Hydrophilic Surface and Nano‐Ag2O in TiO2‐Based Composites Coating on Antibacterial and Osteogenic Properties of Low Modulus Ti‐Mo‐Ag Alloy

open access: yesRare Metals, Volume 45, Issue 9, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Ti‐15Mo‐2.5Ag alloy exhibited a low modulus and strong antibacterial ability but poor bioactivity. To resolve this problem, sandblasting and anodization were used to create a hydrophilic and nano‐Ag2O‐containing TiO2 coating. Subsequently, the microstructure and physicochemical properties were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, X ...

Glycerophosphocholine‐Mediated Dual Regulation for Highly Stable Aqueous Iron‐Ion Batteries

open access: yesRare Metals, Volume 45, Issue 8, August 2026.
ABSTRACT Iron‐ion batteries (FeIB) offer the advantages of low cost and high capacity, demonstrating potential for large‐scale energy storage. However, severe hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) occurs during cycling, which significantly impacts battery lifespan.

Dual‐Bioactive Lignin‐Based Microcarrier Hydrogel Platform via Metal Salt Crosslinking for Synchronized Infection Eradication and Bone Regeneration

open access: yesRare Metals, Volume 45, Issue 8, August 2026.
ABSTRACT Infected bone defects represent a dual therapeutic challenge demanding concurrent infection inhibition and osteogenesis promotion. Systemic antibiotic administration is taken as a classical treatment protocol but often yields inadequate local antibiotic concentrations and delayed bone repair.

Root exudates mediate microorganisms to improve rhizosphere nutrient availability and crop productivity under straw mulching and slow‐release nitrogen fertilizer

open access: yesFunctional Ecology, Volume 40, Issue 6, Page 1725-1739, June 2026.
Read the free Plain Language Summary for this article on the Journal blog. Abstract Root exudates play a key role as signals and nutrients in mediating plant–microbe communication. However, critical knowledge gaps remain regarding how root exudates mediate soil–microbe–plant interactions to regulate crop yield under long‐term straw mulching combined ...
