目的 探讨院校合作模式培养初级专科护士的实践效果。方法 对7所医院2011年注册护士113名采用普通培养方法和2012年注册护士119名，采用院校合作方式进行培养，通过学生考核成绩、教师评分、满意度调查评价分析院校合作方式培养初级专科护士的实践效果。结果 2012年注册护士的平均考核成绩和教师评分比2011年显著增高，并且学生对院校合作培养模式的平均满意度大大提高。结论 院校合作培养模式有利于专科护士对理论知识的吸收、能提高临床实践的操作水平，得到了护士的认可。Objective: To ...

Design and application of nursing records in community department
Huli yanjiu, 2005 探讨符合社区科特点的整体护理模式 ,对 46例病人采用住院期间整体护理与社区卫生服务站实施无缝护理的家庭护理结合 ,对 48例病人采用单纯住院期间实施整体护理 ,比较两组护理效果。结果显示 ,出院 1个月后两组病人对护理工作的满意度及健康教育知识掌握合格率 ,经 χ2 检验均具有统计学意义。提示具有社区特点的整体护理模式能提高护理质量 ,深化整体护理内涵 ,更加符合社区护理的特点。
