Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue慢性疼痛患者可同时合并焦虑、抑郁、失眠、认知功能障碍、物质滥用等多种问题。目前研究表明，慢性疼痛合并酒精依赖发病机制的核心在于共享的皮层-边缘系统的神经网络重塑，包括痛觉敏化、奖赏功能减退、压力敏感化以及执行功能障碍。目前临床的证据多聚焦于单一疾病（慢性疼痛或酒精依赖）的影像学检查，对慢性疼痛合并酒精依赖状态下神经可塑性机制的探讨仍存在空白。本文将通过系统整合两种疾病的临床证据，旨在揭示慢性疼痛合并酒精依赖特异性神经网络重塑特征，为开发靶向调控策略提供理论依据。
