建立了以甲基磺酸(MSA)和乙腈混合淋洗,离子交换色谱分离,非抑制电导检测,分析分离啤酒中阳离子和胺类化合物的方法.色谱条件经优化,在25 min内分离出啤酒中的7种阳离子和胺类化合物,方法的回收率和相对标准偏差分别为94.31%~109.9%和0.10%~1.2%.

Determination of trace anions in hydrogen peroxide by electrolysis treatment(电子级过氧化氢中痕量阴离子的离子色谱法测定)
为了防止过氧化氢对色谱分离柱产生损害,通常要用铂加入法进行过氧化氢自催化处理后才能测定溶液中的阴离子含量.但这种前处理方法既费时,加热过程也带来一定的污染.本文釆用铂催化、电解作用相结合的样品前处理方法和离子色谱法,测定过氧化氢中F-,Cl-,NO3-, SO42-,PO43-等阴离子,所测各离子的线性关系、相对标准偏差较好,检测限分别为0. 12,5. 12,1. 34,0. 39,3. 49 µg/L.该方法可以应用于电子级过氧化氢的测定. 测定结果令人满意.
