采用MTT和SRB法研究了新型铂(Ⅱ)类配合物[Pt(Ⅱ)(NH3)(H2O)(C6H5-COO)2](ZMC)对人体癌细胞的增殖抑制作用,又通过流式细胞法,Giemsa染色法、等离子体质谱法研究了它的抗癌机制.实验结果表明:配合物ZMC对HL-60、BGC-823以及EJ三种肿瘤细胞都表现出一定的活性,其对HL-60细胞的增殖抑制作用强度与顺铂相当,而对其它两种肿瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用强度略小于顺铂;阻止HL-60细胞G2+M→G1期的进行;在相同浓度情况下其与HL-60细胞的DNA的键合量大于顺铂.
