快D2+和H2+分子离子在碳膜中产生D-和H-负离子的产额测量

本文报告了几组Mev量级的D2+、D+、H2+和H+离子穿过各种厚度的自支撑薄碳膜产生D-和H-离子的产额测量结果。结果表明,负离子产额与入射离子的速度有关;在同一能量下D+和H+离子的负离子产额都与靶厚度无关。证实了快离子在固体中的电子俘获事件是在固体的后表面内发生的假设。在不同能量下,负离子产额不同,证实了电子俘获截面随入射粒子速度的增加而减小的结论。从分子离子在固体中的负离子产额随停留时间tD的变化可以看出分子团效应的影响。
