肺移植为目前治疗终末期肺病的主要手段。随着肺保护技术、手术方法的进步和免疫抑制剂的应用等,肺移植成功率逐年提高,但肺移植术后1年和5年的生存率分别还只有80%和50%左右[1]。原发性移植肺失功为肺移植后早期死亡的首要原因,而缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)是原发性移植肺失功的主要因素。因此,肺移植IRI的分子机制研究对于提高肺移植成功率具有重要意义,受到广泛重视,本文就炎症介质在肺移植IRI中的作用作一综述。

Summary Due to widespread deforestation and habitat fragmentation, today most of the world's forests lie within 1 km of an edge. Forests near edges are warmer, drier, receive more light, and are more exposed to wind and other disturbances than intact forests, profoundly altering the demographic processes that drive their dynamics.

摘 要 将同种甲状旁腺移植于大鼠胸腺内,并与移植于肾包膜下甲状旁腺的效果进行了比较。移植于胸 腺内者其平均存活期(35. 8 d )明显长于肾包膜下移植( 15. 2 d)。如果在移植的同时应用抗胸腺淋巴细胞血清, 则胸腺内移植者平均存活期为65. 5 d, 部分( 3 /8)胸腺内移植者可达到长期存活。结果认为胸腺可能为甲状旁 腺移植的最理想免疫特许区,而且在免疫耐受的诱导中具有重要作用。
