目前已证实植物性食品中含有一定浓度的稀土元素,随着稀土微肥的广泛应用,稀土元素可经食物链进入机体内[1-4]。近年来有些学者报道了较低剂量的稀土化合物经口服,腹腔注射及尾静脉注射可使血清中生长激素及胰岛素水平显著升高[5-9],本实验依据这一点探讨口服三氯化钐对糖尿病大鼠胃粘膜的影响,为稀土元素应用于临床以及预防保健提供理论依据。

稀土氧化物掺杂ZnO-Bi2O3系压敏陶瓷的介电特性

在不同温度下测量了稀土氧化物Gd2O3、Ce2O3掺杂ZnO-Bi2O3系压敏陶瓷的介电频谱,发现稀土氧化物的掺杂引起介电损耗显著增大。通过理论计算发现稀土氧化物掺杂后锌填隙和氧空位浓度显著增大,而耗尽层宽度明显减小。因此认为稀土氧化物引起施主性本征缺陷浓度的增大,导致Schottky势垒变薄,从而引起泄露电流的增大及非线性指数的下降。

基于实地和遥感调查的离子型轻稀土尾砂土壤侵蚀对植被修复措施响应
