稠油热采新工艺应用中前期先导试验时采用光油管注汽,出现注汽热效率低、部分井套管和固井水泥环被破坏等问题。为此,研制了Y341-115热采封隔器等配套工具。配套工具与井筒隔热技术相结合,使浅薄层稠油油藏得到了有效动用和开发。此外还根据现场工艺管柱的特点,配套开发了张力油管锚、大流道单流阀等工具,解决了隔热和反洗井等问题,实现了隔热注采合一的功能。Y341-115隔热封隔器配套工艺技术现场共应用500多井次,其工艺成功率达98%以上,累计节约作业井次400多次,累计增加产油量8 312 t。

耐热型巧克力的口溶性感官评价及其量化研究Oral sensory evaluation of heat-resistant chocolates and their quantization
旨在为耐热型巧克力感知科学的研究及其配方和工艺调整提供参考,以芒果仁油分提硬脂制备的典型耐热型巧克力为研究对象,以硬脆感、冰凉感、油脂味、黏稠感和后味感为评价指标进行口溶性研究,并测定耐热性巧克力的质构,采用多元线性回归分析其口溶性感官评价指标与质构指标的关系,建立量化方程。结果表明:耐热型巧克力的口溶性感官总得分与可可脂基巧克力接近,口溶性理想,具备丝滑的口感,但细分口感指标略有不同,耐热型巧克力的硬脆感和黏稠感增加,而冰凉感、油脂味和后味感降低;多元线性回归分析显示,硬脆感、黏稠感和后味感与硬度 ...

为了保证稠油开采井下工具在受热膨胀后仍能够保持很好的配合性、密封性和同轴性,对稠油开采工具结构设计、公差设定和部分材质选择进行了分析和研究,并对不同配合形式的工具部件,从轴孔的公差控制、材料选择上提出了具体建议。设计的整套稠油开采工具在井深1 866 m、井斜11°的井中成功应用,整套工具环空密封压力可达21 MPa,工具性能完全满足设计要求。
