稀奶油乳液储藏期间稳定性变化 对其搅打性能的影响 Effects of changes in stability on whipping performance of whipping cream emulsion during storage

为评估Turbiscan稳定性分析法预测稀奶油乳液稳定性的准确度以及为科学预测稀奶油的搅打性能提供参考,测定了稀奶油在12个月储藏期间乳液的离心乳析率、黏度、粒径和微观结构,分析Turbiscan稳定性分析法评价的准确性,同时测定储藏期间稀奶油搅打时间、起泡率、泄漏率和裱花性能,并分析乳液性状与搅打性能间的相关性,以研究乳液稳定性变化对稀奶油搅打性能的影响。结果表明:随着储藏时间的延长,乳液的离心乳析率、黏度、粒径呈现逐渐增大的趋势,失稳时间快于Turbiscan稳定性分析法所预测的结果 ...

汉江与嘉陵江源区土壤团聚体分布特征及机制研究

以汉江与嘉陵江源区黄土母质上发育的土壤为研究对象,通过对土壤团聚体和理化性质的试验分析和数据解析,研究了两地土壤团聚体的分布规律及发生机制。结果表明:(1)汉江源区(LJH)团聚体的R0.25、MWD、GMD值由A层的83.73%,2.17和1.11分别降为C层的59.18%,0.40和0.26,嘉陵江源区(YJS)由A层的69.72%,1.03和0.46降为C层的56.55%,0.52和0.27,分形维数(D)则随土层深度的加深而增大,即前者的D值由A层的2.46增为C层的2.53,后者由A层的2 ...

K80海洋修井机稳定性分析及加固设计

K80海洋修井机在渤海油田SZ36-1B平台新增井位作业时,可能会出现各橇座之间相对滑动或整机倾覆等问题。为此,采用StruCAD*3D三维空间梁结构分析计算软件建立结构分析模型,对修井机稳定性进行分析计算,提出修井机下移动底座加固设计和改造方案。截至目前,K80海洋修井机顺利完成了对新增井位4口井的检泵作业和2口井的大修作业,整机稳定性好,各橇块之间无相对滑动现象。因此,K80海洋修井机稳定性理论分析和计算结果正确,修井机下移动底座加固改造是成功的。
