Shiyou jixie, 2012 K80海洋修井机在渤海油田SZ36-1B平台新增井位作业时，可能会出现各橇座之间相对滑动或整机倾覆等问题。为此，采用StruCAD*3D三维空间梁结构分析计算软件建立结构分析模型，对修井机稳定性进行分析计算，提出修井机下移动底座加固设计和改造方案。截至目前，K80海洋修井机顺利完成了对新增井位4口井的检泵作业和2口井的大修作业，整机稳定性好，各橇块之间无相对滑动现象。因此，K80海洋修井机稳定性理论分析和计算结果正确，修井机下移动底座加固改造是成功的。
