研究了一类捕食种群、食饵种群同时具有收获率的Holling III类功能反应生态系统.其中食饵种群具有非线性密度制约,捕食者无密度制约.应用微分方程定性理论,讨论了该微分生态系统.研究了系统的平衡点,对中心焦点的阶数、稳定性做出了分析.得出当给定参数满足一定条件时,系统不存在极限环.利用Hopf分支理论和张芷芬唯一性定理,证明了该系统极限环的存在性和唯一性.结果表明,2种群的密度或产生周期性的变化,或都稳定在一组定值的附近,可以保持一种稳定状态.

为了解气体火花间隙开关的自击穿性能,文中从自击穿实验角度着手,对电场不均匀度进行了仿真计算,测量了两电极气体火花间隙开关不同间隙距离下的自击穿电压,通过计算相对极差和变异系数来分析自击穿电压的稳定性并进行韦布尔检验。实验结果表明,自击穿电压随间隙距离的增大而增大并近似线性关系;间隙距离是影响自击穿电压稳定性的重要因素,自击穿电压的稳定性随间隙距离的增大而增大。从自击穿稳定性角度来看,可以适当增大气体火花间隙开关的电极之间间隙距离来增强自击穿电压稳定性。

研究了不同温度(900~1040℃)下烧结的ZnO-Bi2O3系叠层片式压敏电阻器(ML-CV)的热稳定性和8/20μs电流脉冲冲击稳定性,发现1000℃烧结的MLCV试样的稳定性最好,其压敏电压变化率的温度系数低于1.67×10-4/K,电脉冲冲击后压敏电压和分线性指数的变化率分别仅为0.25%和4.27%。然后分析了烧结气氛对MLCV在1 mA直流负载作用下压敏电压稳定性的影响,发现当垫料中添加剂的质量百分比比试样中添加剂质量百分比高20%时,MLCV试样压敏电压的稳定性最高。
