随着中国特高压输电工程的输送容量和距离不断提升,复合高次谐波电流流经换流站中干式空心电抗器所产生的振动噪声问题亟待解决。文中基于场—路耦合原理研究了电抗器的振动和噪声特性,通过建立等效的三维有限元仿真模型,分析了电抗器的磁场、电流、电磁力、噪声分布特点,并与实测结果进行比较,验证了所建模型的可靠性。在此基础上,对不同隔声罩结构的隔声效果进行了仿真分析,结果表明:通过采用金属板、空腔、吸声材料相组合的结构,可以有效改善隔声罩的降噪效果。研究结果为工程上实现电抗器的减振降噪提供了有效依据和参考。

高压直流换流阀饱和电抗器在工作过程中发热量大、电场分布不均匀,使其成为阀厅的安全隐患。为改善饱和电抗器的温升效应,文中以实际±500 kV直流换流阀用饱和电抗器为研究对象,建立了改进的流体场与温度场耦合模型,该仿真模型综合考虑流体传热、空气对流散热、绕组焦耳热和铁心涡流热损耗等实际因素,仿真计算电抗器各部件的温度场分布及其影响因素。现场验证表明该模型计算结果更接近实际工作状况。还建立静电场仿真模型,仿真计算电场畸变情况。温度场结果表明:饱和电抗器的铁心温度最高、环氧树脂次之、冷却水管路温度最低 ...
