龙卷风成因新探

本文依据一些观测事实以及大气电学、空间电学、气象学所揭示的大气电场、雷暴云电场的影响 ,以及对一些自然现象的综合归纳、分析 ,提出一种假说并探讨人工控制龙卷风和台风的可能途径 .本文认为 ,雷暴云是龙卷风形成的根本原因 ,因为雷暴云中积累的大量正负电荷受上升气流和下沉气流的作用 ,旋转扰动导致“旋转磁场”的产生而形成了龙卷风 ,正是雷暴云中积累的大量正负电荷提供了龙卷风的高能量密度 .因此人工控制龙卷风、台风的可能途径就是采用现有的人工控制雷电的手段---破坏龙卷风、台风中的强电场
