A preliminary study on relation of seven metals content with humen semen quality [PDF]
, 2010 本实验通过电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS）测定精浆中七种金属（铅、镉、铬、锰、铜、砷、硒）的含量并检测精浆酸性磷酸酶（ACP）和α-葡萄糖苷酶的活性，与精液各项指标（精子密度、精子活动率、精子正常形态率等）进行相关性分析。得到以下结果：1.金属元素含量与精子活动率之间存在负相关性。精子活动率越高的样品中，金属含量越低；除镉元素外，其他元素含量与精子密度呈负相关。其中：铜、砷、铅三种元素与密度呈显著相关（PCu=0.002，PMn=0.007，PPb=0.009）；除硒、镉外 ...
