基于TGF-β1/smads 信号通路研究电针对少弱精症大鼠的影响

目的探究电针对少弱精症大鼠精子质量、性激素水平以及睾丸组织中TGF-β1/smads信号通路中相关蛋白的影响。方法取40只SD大鼠，雄性，采用随机数字表法，分成空白组、模型组、电针组、阳性药物组，应用腺嘌呤灌胃法建立少弱精症大鼠模型，分别对电针组（每天电针中极、关元、足三里、三阴交，30 min/次，连续28 d）、阳性药物组（以10 mL/kg 左卡尼汀口服液灌胃，连续28 d）进行干预。治疗后检测各组大鼠精子数量、精子活力率、促卵泡生成激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、血清性激素睾酮（T）指标变化；
