Yixue kexue ban, 2016 【目的】 研究男性不育症患者精液过氧化物酶阳性白细胞浓度与精液及精子质量的关系。【方法】 回顾性分析近２年来在我院生殖医学中心就诊的男性不育症患者共计１６４例，根据精液过氧化物酶阳性白细胞浓度的不同将纳入研究的患者分为两组，其中非炎症组（白细胞浓度 ＜ １ × １０６／ｍＬ）１１０例，炎症组（白细胞浓度 ≥ １ × １０６／ｍＬ）５４例，两组患者中分别有５４例及１９例患者因配偶有不明原因的胚胎停育或自然流产史进行了精子ＤＮＡ碎片率的检测。通过分析和比较两组患者精液及精子主要参数有无差异可以得出相应的结论。
