基于Mask-RCNN算法的复合绝缘子串红外图像分割与温度读取

红外成像可以快速发现复合绝缘子异常温升,从而实现缺陷检测。为了解决复合绝缘子红外检测中人工诊断时间成本高、效率低、背景干扰多的问题,文中提出了基于Mask-RCNN的温升绝缘子自动检测方法。首先使用Mask-RCNN对红外图像数据进行学习训练,进而对其中的绝缘子目标进行识别检测和图像分割。在智能分割之后,通过识别图中的温度范围数据并将绝缘子区域图像灰度与之比对,得到了绝缘子的温度信息,用于绝缘子异常发热故障的诊断。实验研究表明:在对南方某市绝缘子红外测温图像的自动识别中,Mask-RCNN有着优异的表现,

基于高压瓷质绝缘子红外检测盲区的实验分析

红外技术是检测高压瓷质绝缘子劣化情况的一种有效手段,绝缘子随着阻值的减少而呈现出发热功率先增加后减少的一种趋势,因此绝缘子红外检测技术存在一定的盲区。通过戴维南等效电路法计算红外检测盲区,着重考虑绝缘子红外检测盲区的范围并进行定量的分析,然后设计相关实验探索盲区检测环境条件以提高红外检测盲区的准确率。在计算红外检测盲区的基础上设计针对盲区检测的环境因素影响实验,实验结果表明:在改变相关环境因素的条件下,劣化绝缘子红外检测盲区的诊断准确率有着较大的提高。

红外精确测温技术在电力设备状态检修中的应用

红外精确测温技术在电力系统中应用非常广泛。研究电力设备红外图谱并配合其他检测手段,可以准确判断设备故障部位和类型,为检修工作提供指导。本文总结了红外精确测温技术在发现各类电力设备发热缺陷中的应用,并根据工作中发现的两起典型电压致热型缺陷图谱,初步判断了缺陷成因,电气试验及解体检查结果分别验证了两个案例中红外测温结论即绝缘子发生劣化和套管内部存在结构缺陷,为电力设备状态检修提供了典型案例依据。
