考虑风速和光照影响的500 kV避雷器温度分布研究

红外测温凭借其高效、精确等优点,在500 kV避雷器带电检测中发挥了重要作用,然而避雷器表面温度会受到风速、光照等外界因素的影响,给红外测温及故障诊断带来了一定的困难。本研究基于有限元原理建立了500 kV交流避雷器热电耦合的三维温度场仿真模型,并利用该模型对不同风速、光照影响下的避雷器温度分布进行仿真分析,结果表明:风速增大加强了空气对流散热,使得避雷器内部缺陷发热导致的表面最高温度下降,温升减小;避雷器表面温度随太阳辐射强度的增大而升高,且向阳侧高于背阳侧,但温升值变化不大 ...

零值绝缘子串红外和紫外成像特性试验及耦合场仿真研究

为研究红外及紫外成像技术检测零值绝缘子的有效性,试验采集了不同湿度和污秽度下,零值绝缘子处于绝缘子串不同位置时的红外热像图和紫外视频,分析了绝缘子串的发热、放电特性。利用有限元软件建立了热—电耦合场仿真模型,计算验证了不同条件下绝缘子串的温度及电场分布。研究表明:污秽干燥条件下,绝缘子串不易放电,紫外成像法无法有效检测零值绝缘子,红外热像图显示正常绝缘子的温升明显高于零值绝缘子温升,红外成像法可以有效检测零值绝缘子;污秽湿润条件下,由于高电导率的重污秽以及污秽受潮的不均匀性 ...
