基于红外测温的零值和污秽绝缘子快速检测试验研究

红外测温技术具有不接触、不停运、不取样、检测速度快的优点,是绝缘子运行状态在线检测的重要方法之一。文中在绝缘子发热机理和红外热像技术的原理上,立足电力工作中零值和污秽绝缘子快速检测,分别对零值绝缘子位于绝缘子串不同位置时红外测温试验对比,以及对污秽绝缘子串与清洁串的红外测温对比,试验结果表明,当绝缘子串有严重污秽和零值绝缘子存在时,其热像表征图像发生明显的突变。此外,当零值绝缘子位于串中靠近高压端时,其热像图像显示零值绝缘子与相邻正常绝缘子平均温差最大,位于中部时与相邻正常绝缘子平均温差最小 ...
