本文对15例早产儿(9例贫血和6例无贫血)的外周血进行体外红系祖细胞培养,同时以足月产儿的脐带血和健康成人外周血为对照。结果显示各组爆式红系集落形成单位(BFU-E)数随重组人红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)浓度升高而递增,早产儿贫血组EFU-E数显著高于早产儿无贫血组(P<0.05)和健康成人组(P<0.01)。提示早产儿贫血时其骨髓对贫血的刺激反应良好,其循环池有较丰富的红系祖细胞并对rHuEPO反应良好。说明红细胞生成素不足是早产儿贫血的原因之一,采用rHuEPO防治早产儿贫血是合理的。

为了解决现有无损检测技术在检测电瓷材料孔洞缺陷中的局限性,提出采用红外热波技术对电瓷材料孔洞缺陷进行检测研究。基于热传导定律,推导了红外热波技术原理,根据热波的独立性和衰减性等数理特性,提出了采用非负矩阵分解和快速傅里叶变换的热波特征提取方法,并重构了相应的特征热图。对制备的含人工孔洞缺陷瓷套样品进行检测研究,得到了不同表面发射率瓷套的检测特点,得出了表面发射率对红外热波检测效果的影响规律。基于非负矩阵分解特征图、相位图和幅值图等重构特征热图,消除了不均加热影响,提升了红外热波技术的检测能力。研究表明 ...
