等离子体流动控制技术原理及典型应用

一种深度过流保护的新型Rogowski线圈研制

气体放电包含大量ns级上升沿m A级幅值的预放电电流,预放电完成后间隙击穿电流高达上kA。为了能安全、准确测量预放电电流,需研制一种新型Rogowski线圈。文中采用在自积分Rogowski线圈出口电阻两端并联贴片瞬态电压抑制二极管(transient voltage suppressor,TVS)的方案,研制了一种带深度过电流保护功能的新型Rogowski线圈。通过大量实验,对自积分电阻和过压保护器参数进行了优化选择,结果表明:满足电流测量灵敏度时,减小积分电阻值以拓宽线圈频带,电阻最优值为1050Ω;
