ABSTRACT Single‐atom catalysis hinges on fundamental challenges in precisely controlling metal‐support interactions and rationally regulating metal–adsorbate relationships. 体内实验检测红景天甙对SACC-2细胞的影响

目的探究红景天甙对体内SACC-2细胞增殖作用的影响。方法小鼠右侧腹股沟处行SACC-2细胞皮下注射,注射细胞量为3×106/只。种瘤第2天通过腹部注射的方式对小鼠进行不同的治疗处理,分为红景天甙处理组、5-Fu处理组、联合用药组及生理盐水处理组。治疗时间自种瘤第2天开始,周期为2天,共进行5次治疗。取出含瘤组织后利用HE染色观察药物对肿瘤形态的影响;免疫组织化学染色检测红景天甙处理对SACC-2细胞增殖的影响和对SACC-2细胞凋亡相关蛋白表达的影响。结果 HE染色显示生理盐水组细胞内胞核异型性大 ...

甲钴胺、叶酸对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响

转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在实验性根尖周病愈合中的作用

目的探讨TGF-β1在实验性根尖周病愈合中作用,为临床治疗提供依据。方法35只Wister大鼠上颌磨牙制成根尖周炎动物模型,用组织病理学方法观察根尖病变区组织愈合情况。结果实验组病变部位3天就可见细胞增生活跃,7 d出现骨组织修复现象,而对照组21 d出现骨组织修复现象。结论TGF-β1在慢性根尖周炎的骨性愈合过程中发挥积极的修复作用。

以春石斛Dendrobium nobile white Christmas"seagull"品种的不同生理年龄的不同组织为外植体,研究了灭菌方式对成活率的影响;BA与NAA不同浓度组合对诱导不定芽及不定芽增殖的影响;GA3和亚精胺对壮苗的作用.结果表明:0.1% HgCl2 6 min组合嫩茎成活率最高;0.1% HgCl2 8 min老茎成活率最高;0.5 mg/L NAA和1.0 mg/L BA组合最利于诱导不定芽;GA3和亚精胺对不定芽的增殖和生长有促进作用.
