某大型薄壁组合型箱体剪力墙-柱体系预拼装模拟研究

为了研究薄壁组合型箱体剪力墙-柱体系模拟预拼装,进行了某大型塔楼19层第9节柱和钢板剪力墙部分构件(共18根)的预拼装模拟。试验详细分析了预拼装方案的可行性及准确性,在此基础上结合钢结构安装顺序,构件主次关系和安装基准面,介绍了结构形式复杂的薄壁组合型预拼装模拟思路。研究结果表明,三维激光扫描仪可大幅提高测量自身精度,让控制点繁多的薄壁组合型实测模型与实测构件最大程度的接近;采用的预拼装模拟实现了薄壁组合型结构的检测过程及拟合结果可视化;预拼装模拟在薄壁组合型箱体剪力墙 ...

整体式桥台与组合梁结合部受力机理分析

为提高整体式桥的梁台结合部抗裂性能与施工便利性,提出一种新型整体式桥台与组合梁结合部构造。采用ABAQUS通用分析软件,考虑钢混界面摩擦滑移效应,建立整体式桥台与组合梁结合部的三维有限元模型。通过仿真计算得到整体式桥台与组合梁结合部的破坏形态与荷载-挠度曲线,分析其极限承载力与传力机理,并与模型试验结果进行对照验证。进一步通过参数化计算分析,得到混凝土强度、钢材强度、钢板厚度与腹板形式对梁台结合部承载性能的影响。研究结果可为整体式桥梁及类似结构的研究提供参考。
