新型波形钢-UHPC组合桥面板抗弯性能研究

考虑组合楼板变形的高层钢结构地震作用分析

本文基于正交异性板壳有限元理论,分析了组合楼板对结构平面布置不规则的高层钢结构受力性能的影响。通过有限元分析,确定了发生平面内剪切变形时组合楼板的有效高度。结合两个工程实例,分别按弹性正交异性楼板、刚性楼板两种假定对整体结构进行水平地震作用分析。两种模型计算结果的对比分析表明,弹性正交异性板壳单元模型能更准确地分析结构的周期、内力、位移等参数。

螺纹铣削在组合电器产品零件加工中的应用

通过对几种螺纹切削加工方式的比较,针对组合电器异形结构件螺纹加工过程中遇到的困难和问题,提出了采用铣削加工的解决对策,通过生产实际,表明螺纹铣削加工在加工组合电器异形结构件螺纹部分时具有优势。螺纹铣削加工既能保证组合电器中异形结构件螺纹部分的加工质量,又能达到高的加工精度,同时也提高了加工效率。

新型126 kV复合式组合电器的研究与开发

为了适应国家电网公司提出研究与建设第三代智能变电站发展的需求,研制具有结构简单、紧凑、可靠性高和安装维护简便等优点的高压开关是发展第三代智能变电站的产品基础。文中介绍了一种新型126 kV复合式组合电器的结构特点及性能参数,采用仿真分析软件对126 kV复合式组合电器断路器模块和三工位开关模块进行电场仿真,并对部分组件进行强度校核。计算结果表明:该新型126 kV复合式组合电器性能安全可靠,各项型式试验的顺利通过验证了其设计的合理性及计算结果的正确性。
