Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1997 摘 要 青蒿琥酯能松弛豚鼠气管平滑肌, 并能非竞争性拮抗乙酰胆碱、组织胺的缩气管作用。β 肾上腺 素受体阻断剂噻吗洛尔不能阻断青蒿琥酯的松驰气管作用;青蒿琥酯对豚鼠气管组织腺苷酸环化酶活性呈药 物浓度依赖性明显的激活作用。在一定剂量范围内, 药物浓度与酶的激活作用呈明显的线性关系。提示青蒿 琥酯松驰气管作用与激活腺苷酸环化酶有关。
