DNA 末端标记法检测番荔枝内酯诱导人乳癌细胞凋亡

目的: 用 DNA 末端标记法( TUNEL 法)研究番荔枝内酯凋亡诱导作用,以及 TUNEL 法用于凋亡检测和抗癌药 所致凋亡的探讨。方法: 用台盼蓝拒染法, TUNEL 法, DNA 凝胶电泳, 电镜等技术, 研究番荔枝内酯对具有多药抗药性的耐 阿霉素的人乳癌 MCF-7/ADR 细胞的生长抑制作用及凋亡诱导。结果: 电镜下观察到细胞染色质浓缩, 聚集核膜下,核碎裂等 典型的凋亡细胞形态学改变。凝胶电泳可见明显的 DNA 梯形条带。 TUNEL 法检测的凋亡细胞明显多于形态学改变的凋亡 细胞。结论:
