Study of the Dump Diffuser Optimization for Gas Turbine Combustors [PDF]
, 2015 扩压器作为连接高压压气机和燃烧室进口的关键部件，能够增压减速、降低流动损失，使燃烧稳定，提高发动机效率。 本文采用实验和数值模拟结合的方法对突扩扩压器进行了深入的研究，利用水槽PIV设备，采集扩压器内部的速度场信息与不同计算模型的计算结果对比，确定最佳的计算模型，确定出雷诺应力模型预测的扩压器流场信息与实验数据吻合的最佳；通过改变前置扩压器扩张角、突扩间隙等几何参数，研究了几何参数对扩压器性能的影响，并提出了计算总压损失和静压恢复的经验公式，利用该公式可以计算最佳扩张角、前置扩压器是否存在分离等重要信息。
