降低工作温度对于提高气体传感器的安全性,增加便携式或可穿戴设备的续航时间和组建高可靠性的无线传感网络有至关重要的作用。然而对于金属氧化物气体传感器来说,工作温度的降低并不是一件简单的事情。任何定量检测的本质都是事先构建一个可量化的不稳定平衡,然后让待测物打破这个平衡来获得响应。把传感器看作一个封闭系统,工作温度的降低意味着系统稳定性的增强,以至于在较低的温度下电流(或电压)平衡难以被痕量待测气体的出现所打破。近年来有研究表明借助紫外光活化可以显著地降低气体传感器的工作温度,甚至实现了对多种气体的室温检测,

基于金属化膜自愈特性的电容器寿命研究

金属化膜电容器具有高储能密度、高可靠性和高寿命特点。自愈是导致电容器电容量下降的主要原因。笔者分析金属化膜的自愈特性和电容量下降机制,通过研究自愈过程中的自愈面积、自愈能量和击穿电压的关联性,得出电压幅值和电压反峰比对电容器的寿命影响程度并归纳出经验公式。通过对金属化膜电容器的寿命测试,对经验公式中的系数进行拟合。最后得出不同电压幅值和不同电压反峰比下电容器寿命经验型预测公式。

Studying state variation in immigration policy, scholars have shown that proximity to hostile policy tends to mobilize Latinos.
