高压电气设备瓷套管与法兰连接的弯曲刚度研究

通过分析高压电气设施结构法兰与瓷套管连接节点的构造特征,建立了基于瓷柱、法兰弯曲变形和胶装材料挤压变形描述的节点弯曲承载力学模型,然后通过理论推导提出了一个瓷套管与法兰连接等效弯曲刚度的解析公式;最后通过一个500 k V避雷器试验数据对本文提出的公式进行了验证。结果表明:应用本文公式得到结果与试验结果吻合;与我国现行电力设施抗震设计规范公式对比,新建公式计算结果误差为1.91%。本文公式由力学模型直接推导建立,不包含经验系数,能够揭示法兰与瓷套管连接部位的承弯机制,可用于电气设施结构的抗震计算。
