高压开关液压碟簧机构所用的控制阀主要采用传统加工方法,存在质量或体积大、损失高等问题。文中以减小流道压力损失、结构轻量化为优化目标,先对控制阀阀体的流道进行流场优化,再以优化后的流道为基础进行增材设计和强度校核,得到轻量化控制阀阀体,最终质量和体积减少超过60%,轻优化效果明显,为液压碟簧机构控制阀的优化设计提供一种新思路。

配电变压器噪声问题突出,文中通过分析变压器表面振动噪声特性及模态参数,提出了10 kV变压器油箱结构优化措施。对10 kV配电变压器进行了振动测量,并仿真计算了变压器各结构对辐射噪声的贡献,分析得到油浸式变压器振动最大位置为距离底部20 cm左右处,振动主要能量集中在100、200、300 Hz上,油箱正面和背面对噪声辐射声功率贡献最大。通过分析油箱结构模态参与因子,获得了油箱的优势模态,确定了油箱优势模态振型的最大位置,计算结果与测量基本相同,在此基础上采取附加质量块来优化油箱结构振动分布 ...
