Study on influence factors of the end-group structures of low molecular weight polyisobutylene(低相对分子质量聚异丁烯端基结构的影响因素研究)

通过对低相对分子质量聚异丁烯产物端基结构的测定,研究了BF3/MTBE、BF3/甲醇、BF3/乙醇和BF3/丙醇引发体系对聚异丁烯端基结构的影响,同时考察溶剂种类及聚合反应时间对聚异丁烯端基结构的影响.实验结果表明,对于BF3引发剂体系,络合引发剂的阳离子部分对聚异丁烯的端基结构影响不大,反阴离子部分烷基取代基的不同会影响产物的各种端基摩尔分数;相比非极性正己烷溶剂,极性二氯甲烷溶剂更有利于减少异构化的程度;同时,异构化的程度随着反应的进行会逐渐增加.
